The Ultra Blooper's tentacles arise behind Bowser.
The Ultra Blooper is a boss in Super Paper Mario. He blocks Mario, Bowser, and Peach from moving on to Francis's castle. He has many tentacles. He uses most of them to prevent Mario from moving on, even when he dimension flips. Occasionally, from the center of his face, one tentacle will move up, pause, and move down. This blooper takes damage when anyone on Mario's team attacks the tentacle with red circles on it.
