Sir Swoop is a Swooper that fights at the Glitz Pit in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. After a few rounds he will come into the Minor League room and Mario can talk to him. Like the other charecters Mario meets in the Pit's locker rooms, they have no real use other than cheap advice.
