Blappy

Blappy is a seventy-two-year-old Blobule in Super Paper Mario. Blappy is called the "elder" and lives in Planet Blobule. When Mario, Princess Peach, and Bowser get to his home, he claims to finally be coming to an end in his life-spanning search for the treasure of Outer Space.

Blappy says that he had acquired a clue to getting the treasure from "the space ruins." Blappy, having retired from his search for the treasure, would then attempt to sell the vital clue to Mario and company for one thousand Coins. There was a trick, however – If one of the three heroes said "I'll pass" to his offer, he would reduce the amount of Coins to one hundred, further reducing the price to ten if told "I'll pass" again.

After the three heroes bought the Ancient Clue from Blappy, it was used as toilet paper for Fleep.
