Frappe Snowland is a race track, first appearing in the Flower Cup of Mario Kart 64 on the Nintendo 64, then returning as a course in the Retro Courses in Mario Kart DS. Its obstacles are many snowmen scattered around the edges of the course. There is also a giant snow statue of Mario, and one of Yoshi.
In Mario Kart DS, the course can be played over Wifi.
