Brighton.

Brighton is basically the sun, who gets into a fight with the moon, Twila, in the game Mario Party 6. He was the one who started the feud by asking Twila, "Who's more impressive? You or me?" He refers himself to be "cooler" than Twila. Brighton also controls the board for three turns and switches off with Twila after the three turns are up.
