Short Fuse is a Battle minigame found in Mario Party DS. Its name comes from a term regarding a person who is easily angered.

Introduction[edit]

A Bowser bomb falls from the sky and lands on the ground. The first player in line hops down next to the fuse as the game begins.

Gameplay[edit]

Taking turns, players have three seconds each to blow into the microphone to gradually put out the fuse. Whoever sets off the bomb by either completely blowing out the fuse or not blowing at all is blown away and eliminated. The game continues until there is one player remaining, and that player wins.
