King Bowser's Castle is the final main level in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. Unlike in previous castles, the player controls the green Yoshi instead of the blue Yoshi.

Trivia[edit]

  • Kamek's dialogue when encountering Yoshi in Baby Bowser's nursery is rewritten in the GBA version. In the SNES version, Kamek frantically shouts "YOU! are n-n-not welcome HERE!!! Yoshi, please hand OVER THE BABY!" In the GBA version, meanwhile, Kamek states "Welcome!!! Yoshi, if you would be so kind, please HAND OVER THE BABY!"
  • It's possible to land the last hit on Big Baby Bowser even if his charge destroys the ground Yoshi is standing on, which can result in a softlock or a glitched final cutscene.[1]
