Blappy is a seventy-two-year-old Blobule in Super Paper Mario. Blappy is called the "elder" and lives in Planet Blobule. When Mario, Princess Peach, and Bowser get to his home, he claims to finally be coming to an end in his life-spanning search for the treasure of Outer Space.
Blappy says that he had acquired a clue to getting the treasure from "the space ruins."
