Hoohoo Blocks are round, purple blocks (who, despite their name, are typically referred to as "stones" in-game) found in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They can be located at the top of Hoohoo Mountain and are used to make Hammers.
When Fawful blocked the Mario and Luigi's way to the bulk of the Beanbean Kingdom (where they could continue their mission to save Princess Peach) by putting a rock in the way, they decided that a Hammer would break the rock. Mario and Luigi met the Hammerhead Bros., who were able to make hammers, but needed Hoohoo Blocks to do so.
