Oh, I guess I didn't read that policy hard enough, I just thought it was a rule where the user would get a reminder if there was another FA nomination.

Honestly, the user should've gotten an informal reminder. THEN, when it goes out of hand, you can give reminders. Really, I understand if people don't want to read through these boring, dry paragraphs. Obey the rules, but don't live by them.

Idea

Recently on the FA nomination for Super Mario 3D World there was a brief discussion on a way to improve the current FA nomination process, I think I have a good idea on my workpage, what is there is only the bare basics but do you think it's a good idea and other than detail any improvements to it. Sorry about the support votes I knew it was policy to remove fan votes, but I was uncertain whether it applied to support votes, thanks for clearing that up. As for the valid counter-argument I'd something along the lines of our opposition on the Kirby unfeaturing nomination as the reason for nominating it is because it isn't to do with the Mario series, however as that doesn't affect the quality of the article the point is invalid. Moving Tree has actually been created, but I asked Phoenix about it first as I saw it had been previously deleted and he said it is okay, though I feel it is valid as other obstacles that have pages in the Mario Kart series. And I withdrew the spelling proposal after Walkazo's oppose of allowing multiculturalism and the difficulties to adapting to new writing styles, however if you wish to re-propose it feel free to because although the wiki is fine without it it may be better with it. Well the FA process is about finding errors in the article, so they can be fixed and eventually featured. I'll probably provide a full draft over the weekend, and then we can iron out any creases in it. Yoshi876 (talk)

It's more than likely that the error would be spotted during the nomination process, because it's not going to automatically fail the moment a counter-argument is brought up, but the mainspace talkpage is usually a place where certain errors in the article can be brought up. Yoshi876 (talk)

I guess writing is a problem, but opposers may read through the article to try and find writing problems, I know you do, and I'd guess that more experienced editors on the wiki would probably do so. Yoshi876 (talk)

• Nintendo didn't think the characters needed legs, so they don't have any. SOME people might find that interesting. The drivers with long legs use that feature
• Those characters aren't in DS, so they shouldn't be mentioned at all.
• People should find out about how much DETAIL they put into the characters, for example,
  • Only one face texture
  • 6 animations
  • No legs

Some may find it interesting, but I find the trivia is bit too specific and not notable enough. It's like saying Mario Kart 8 is the first game where characters have a full set of fingers rather than painted textures on a blocky fist or Mario Kart 64 is the only game where you never ever see characters without their karts (bar character select screen). Dry Bones and Toad don't have legs either, just feet. :P

There are more than one face texture per character. When characters get hit, they make another face.

White Mage's name

I saw in the talk page, a thread about that. Her name it is not Shirona, but in game's data, her files are named c15_00shiroma referring to Shirma ( from Chocobo series of Final Fantasy). This happens to Black Mage too, his files are named c14_00croma referring to Croma. (An BM from Chocobo series). So, this should be added to the articles? I think it's also important to consider the positives that a user has done. I've seen too much "you didn't do this right", "you're doing it wrong", "remember this", "thank you, but", and all that pointing out the negatives and flaws. Yoshi was a boring addition, Most of the Power Stars are very easy to get. The Green Stars were very challenging! That's why it is the 3rd game. My first is Paper Mario series obviously, the second is Banjo-Tooie (that's what I call an open-world). The third is a tie between SM64(not the game, but performing glitches and challenges) and SSBB and collecting Green Stars in SMG2, the fourth is The Sims 3, the fifth is SMG (because I have to beat it TWICE to complete it 100% also some stars were boring), the sixth is a tie between Donkey Kong 64 (except for Beaver Bother which takes HOURS TO BEAT) and Mario Sports Mix. Mario Kart Wii, Mario Party 7 cannot be on the list; I only play it when there are some friends. And of course, If I were able of playing Super Mario 3D World, and Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon. They'd be on the top of the top favorites. Of course, this list is out to change according to my mind.--

I tend to be nice to users, and I was nice in that case since that is a level 2 violation in the policy itself. A meaner user would have given him a warning. Also, he was undoing an edit made by Turboo, who I think is an admin, so that would also fall under undermining admin authority. I am not a biter of new users, nor will I ever be. Enforce the rules you want, but common sense goes first. How many times must I state that rules are guidelines and not strict etched in stone laws? And besides, this is NOT undermining administrator authority whatsoever. If a similar comment made by me or any other user was removed by Viper26, would you have given the user a reminder? Administrators are merely users trusted with additional tools to aid the wiki differently, and that's it. Undermining authority is actively going against administrators (you can't block me, I don't care what you do, etc.) and the user clearly isn't doing that. It's me, Mario!
