Weird Conjectural Name

Would anyone have any problem if I just moved this to Police (Mario Power Tennis)? The current name is weird and based solely off of one aspect of their being, and honestly no one would type "Buckethead" to find an article on these guys. Possible Japanese name

So just today, Supper Mario Broth's side blog, Small Mario Findings, posted a photo of a few pages from an official Japanese Mario Power Tennis guide showing concept art, and it just so happens that it also includes concept art of these police officer guys, complete with what seems to be a name (or at least a title) in bold yellow characters.
Now, I couldn't really find out what the final kanji of the first part of the name is, but I know that the second part, ポリス, is just "police". rend (talk) (edits) 17:51, October 9, 2023 (EDT)

I'm not entirely sure, it seems a bit different; the top rectangle appears to be longer than the conjoined square below it, and the conjoined square seems to consist of a horizontal rectangle and two squares below it when zooming in, not three horizontal rectangle stacked on top of each other.
Though if it is actually "員", then the full name would be something like "ケイビ員ポリス" (Keibi-in Police), which translates to "Caveman Police"... that also doesn't seem right, these buckethead-like policemen don't really look like cavemen if I'm being honest. Actually, I looked up words that sound like "keibi", and I found "警備", meaning something like "defence". Furthermore, "警備員" is apparently a word meaning something like "security guard". Which fits. Police works. Would be good if we included the above information in the article. As for guessing the kanji: stylized characters that change proportions like this is common; can sometimes change the kanji to be borderline unrecognizable even by those who can read Chinese/kanji/hanja.
