This is a list of pre-release and unused content for the game ''[[Fortune Street]]''.

==Early builds==
The icons on the map were different from the final version. The suit squares were colored instead of all being white and the un-owned shop squares were a lighter shade of grey. Warping squares in ''Dragon Quest'' boards were all blue instead of all being separate colors. The price signs on un-owned shops were also shown to be smaller.

====Tour Mode====
A picture on the "Tour Mode" section on page 6 of the instruction manual shows [[Mario Stadium (board)|Mario Stadium]] being selected on the Standard Rules, with text saying ''"Business rivals"'' and an error that shows a target amount of  ''"SYSTEM_MSG_kabu_21"'' instead of ''"13,000 G"'', Mario Stadium's default target for the Standard Rules. ''"Business rivals"'' is changed to ''"Competitors"'' and the ''"SYSTEM_MSG_kabu_21"'' error was fixed to the correct target amount in the final release.
====CPU Character Selection in Free Play and Offline Multiplayer====
In the picture on the "Free Play Mode" section on page 6 of the instruction manual, the text next to the [[Dice Block|die]] to the right says ''"Rival Character Selection"''. It is changed to ''"Competitor Selection"'' in the final release.
====Gameplay Menus====
The 1st picture on page 9 of the instruction manual shows an option called ''"Manage stocks"''. However, players can only buy stocks when they either pass the Bank or land on a Stockbroker space, though stocks can be sold at anytime. This is changed to ''"Sell stocks"'' on the final release.
