Donuts and Eggs is level 2-6 of Yoshi's Island DS.
It is the first level which automatically side-scrolls. Although no new enemies are introduced, Egg-Controlled Platforms and Donut Blocks are reintroduced to the game. Donut Blocks were last seen in Level 1-5, Catch the Breeze, while Egg-Controlled Platforms were last featured in Level 1-6, Glide Guys Take to the Skies. Throughout much of the level, the player must keep up with the auto-scrolling on platforms which move in some way, such as Donut Blocks, Wire Paddles and Egg-Controlled Platforms. Wild Piranhas and Crazee Dayzees are the main enemies.
It bears a great resemblance to level 1-5 of the original Yoshi's Island, Hop! Hop! Donut Lifts.
