Colossal Clambo is a large Clambo boss encountered in the area Kremlantis in the game Donkey Kong Land. Unlike its unmoving brethren, the Colossal Clambo is perfectly capable of moving through the water.

The Colossal Clambo would attack Donkey Kong or Diddy Kong by spitting pearls at them. In order to harm the giant Clambo, the Kongs had to trick it into shooting it's pearls at another nearby smaller Clambo, then quickly moving out of the way. The pearls would then bounce off this Clambo and smash into Colossal Clambo.

After being hit several times, the Colossal Clambo would begin to move faster and shoot pearls at a quicker pace. Despite this, Colossal Clambo was defeated after a few more hits.
