'''Totemglobins''' are a related species of [[Emoglobin]] found exclusively in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]'' and ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]''. They are composed of five Emoglobins that are stacked vertically, and can block anyone from passing on. Whenever they speak, they speak one at a time or all at the same time. Only one is found in the game, residing deep in the [[Airway (Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story)|Airway]]. There, they block [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] from the [[Warp Pipe]] leading them closer to the runaway [[Dark Star]] as it tries to collect DNA from [[Bowser]]. They will only allow the Mario Bros. to pass if they hit all eight blocks scattered below in numeric order under a timer. To aid them during this challenge, they are allowed to use a [[Liftoglobin]], due to the fact that the blocks are scattered across the entire area. If the bros. are able to complete the challenge before the [[Time Limit|time limit]] is up, they will be allowed to pass, but if they fail, they will have to try again until they are successful.
