Split Barrel Jet from Rocketbarrel Boost
Seems like this was already proposed in September by LinkTheLefty on the Barrel Jet page itself, but I think that Rocketbarrel Boost should only cover the aspects of the ability used by Diddy while the Barrel Jet discusses Diddy's jetpack itself. In Returns and Tropical Freeze, Diddy's Barrel Jet was even redesigned, and Rocketbarrel Boost ability did not return (instead he hovers in midair for a few seconds). Basically, the Rocketbarrel Boost was only used in Donkey Kong 64 and in the Super Smash Bros. series, and two inspired moves respectively appeared in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 and Mario Power Tennis. :Smash Bros. trophies even make the distinction between the two, with the pack itself and the Final Smash both getting trophies. I'm for splitting, not every instance of the Rocketbarrel Pack functions like in Smash. 21:00, April 7, 2019 (EDT)
::Not to mention that it appears as a standalone object in Diddy's post-hole animations in Mario Golf: World Tour. 21:19, April 7, 2019 (EDT)
:::I'll go ahead and split it then? Results May Vary (talk) 17:49, April 13, 2019 (EDT)
