Isn't it called POW-Up in Superstar Saga and Partners in Time? Not ATK-Up? I'm sure if you look at the various badge and clothing descriptions in Superstar Saga, it's referred to there as POW, and also the stat is called POWER when levelling up / viewing stats screen. I don't think it's actually called ATK-Up in any of these games - TTYD comes closest but doesn't actually use it spelt like that - it's more like "Charged!
