Hey fellas, didn't know where to ask. We borrow a citation format from Wikipedia, but there is a huge discrepancy on the entire wiki on whether citations go after the period, or before the period. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citing_sources#How_to_place_an_inline_citation_using_ref_tags Wikipedia places the citations after the period.] Our official [[MarioWiki:Citations]] page tells us to put it before the period. Most our articles have the citations after the period which is supposedly wrong (don't believe me? look up any major article, [[Mario]], [[Yoshi]], [[Bowser]] and just CTRL+F [1] [2]). Our sysops have been enforcing the citation before the period on new articles, as I've noticed Alex95 doing when I was writing the [[Steve (Minecraft)]] article. But it's causing a major discrepancy and I just wanted to bring it up.
