Mario and Dr. Mario: Same guy?
Do we know Dr. Mario is just Mario wearing a doctor suit? Maybe we do, just want to make sure.

- I'm pretty sure... I think this was directly stated in a Nintendo Comics System comic, and then there's the whole thing about Mario and Dr. Mario never showing up at the same time and all of that. Stumpers! 11:45, 3 February 2008 (EST)
That's true. Just seems a bit un-Mario-ish for him to be working as a doctor. But, maybe...
