'''Sproing-Oings''' are spring-like enemies which appears in the game ''[[Super Paper Mario]]''. Their attack pattern is simply to leap about. When an enemy is sighted, they immediately home in. If the player's attack is too low, they will split into three '''Mini-Sproings''', which are smaller and have a single hit point. However, if they are destroyed with enough attack power, they will not have the chance to clone themselves. They first appear in the first stage, [[Lineland Road]], and continue to make sporadic appearances afterward.

Starting with Chapter 4-2, stronger types begin appearing, starting with the blue-colored [[Boing-Oing]] and later including the silver [[Zoing-Oing]]. In the [[Flopside Pit of 100 Trials]] a shadowy type called [[Dark Sproing-Oing]] appears.
