Spiny: Difference between revisions

Spinies reappear as enemies in ''[[Super Mario Odyssey]]'', where they are found in the [[Luncheon Kingdom]], the [[Snow Kingdom]], and [[Bowser's Kingdom]]. They can be defeated by [[capture|capturing]] a [[Hammer Bro]] and throwing frying pans at them, by poking them as a [[Pokio]], and can be blown away by [[Ty-foo]]s. However, they cannot be captured, and instead, throwing Cappy on them causes them to be knocked backwards in a similar manner to [[Bully|Bullies]]. This way, though, the Spinies can fall into an abyss, into poison, or into lava. Spinies also appear as enemies in several 8-bit segments, where they can only be defeated by kicking a Koopa shell at them. Though [[Lakitu]]s do appear in this game, Spinies themselves are not thrown by Lakitus, much like in ''Super Mario 3D Land'' and ''Super Mario 3D World''.
