The '''Sling Pod Galaxy''' is a [[galaxy]] in ''[[Super Mario Galaxy]]''. It can be accessed by feeding the [[Hungry Luma]] that appears outside of the [[Fountain]]. This galaxy doesn't have any large planets and is almost completely made up of [[Sling Pod]]s and obstacles. [[Mario]] must climb onto one of the Sling Pods, then launch himself in the direction of the next pod. The obstacles are floating [[mine]]s that will hurt Mario if he hits them, or cause him to fall into a [[Black Hole]]. This galaxy can only be traversed by utilizing the Sling Pods and [[Pull Star]]s. In this stage, Mario can easily die from colliding into a mine or being flung in the wrong direction.
