'''Rawks''' are a sub-species of [[Awk]]s. They appear in the [[Wii]] game, ''[[Donkey Kong Country Returns]]'', and the [[Nintendo 3DS]] remake ''[[Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D]]''. Their name comes from the bird, [[wikipedia:Hawk|hawk]]. They have red feathers, and they usually frown. They also have purple talons and yellow feathers on their back. Rawks can be found in the [[Jungle (Donkey Kong Country Returns)|Jungle]] world, the [[Ruins]], and the [[Golden Temple]] (they can also be found in the [[Cloud]] world in ''Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D''). When a Rawk comes into contact with [[Donkey Kong]], they will charge, attempting to take him out. Like Awks, they can also be defeated by being [[Jump|jumped]] on, or by utilising any other attack method.
