Ponytail Whirl is one of Tiny Kong's attacks from Donkey Kong 64. Just like the other Kongs, pressing 
rapidly lets Tiny perform the Ponytail Whirl. Later in the game when Tiny drinks one of Cranky's potions, she will be able to hover with the Ponytail Whirl.
