Northwinds Mart is the name of an Item Shop in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is located in the arctic region of Fahr Outpost, and is run by a Bob-omb Buddy. The store is made mostly of ice, thus, the items on display are frozen to the table. An Ice Storm can be found here, and fittingly, this frozen area is where it can be purchased at the lowest price.
