Gameplay
The player and the player's partner must dig to the finish first with the Monty Mole following it. The Monty Mole does not serve as an obstacle since it stops when the players stop. The two players dig upwards if the upper player digs faster and vice versa. Rocks appear as obstacles throughout the minigame and try to slow the players down. Its name is a pun on "mole hill", the term used to describe a mound of earth created by a mole's burrowing actions.
