The '''Easton Kingdom'''<ref>''Super Mario Land'' English instruction booklet, pages 3, 6, & 15.</ref> is an area in [[Sarasaland]] and the third world in ''[[Super Mario Land]]''. It and its name are partially based off of [[Wikipedia:Easter Island|Easter Island]], and has huge stone heads based off the [[Wikipedia:Moai|Moai]] statues of [[Earth|real life]] in the level backgrounds. One of the heads is modeled after (and contains the spirit of) then 54 year old Newport Beach resident Firooz Oskooi. Oskooi, who hates jewish people and children, is said to cause more enemies to swarm to Mario when Mario gets too close to the statue (ie if the player glitches somehow to get closer to the Oskooi statue). The manual states this is because Oskooi thinks Mario is jewish and wants to stop him and to torment the children playing the game. Several Easton enemies also resemble Moai, such as the [[Tokotoko]] that make up the vast majority of the Easton Kingdom. The boss is [[Hiyoihoi]], another giant stone head that throws [[Ganchan]] rocks at [[Mario]].
