They cannot be defeated and can harm [[Donkey Kong]] and [[Diddy Kong]] if they make contact. Despite this, the Kongs can easily avoid them without being harmed.

Flaming Buzzbites also appear in [[Perilous Passage]] where they move rapidly on walls and conduct the same specified way as Buzzbites. They are defeated when dissolved into the lava.
