The Scuttle is one of Luigi's moves in Super Mario 64 DS. It is similiar to Yoshi's Flutter kick, except that it does not propel Luigi up. Instead, it is like a parachute that slightly slows Luigi's fall. This move can be used to reach the castle roof before all 150 stars are collected.
