This template is used to call attention to pages that have one or more revisions that should be deleted to remove obscene vandalism, sensitive personal information, or to fulfill a DMCA takedown request. If a reason needs to be included, type {{delete-revision|<insert reason here>}}. The offending content must be removed from the latest page revision before its history can be hidden. Tagged pages are added to Category:Pages with revisions to be deleted.

If the page itself needs to be deleted, use {{delete}} or {{delete-request}} (per the guideline). If an old file version needs to be deleted, use {{delete-version}}.
