The Tacks is an basic item found in Mario Kart Arcade GP. It is just some ordinary gold nails. If used, the player would throw this item backwards. If a rival runs over this item, the rival's tires would be temporary flat; making the rival hard to control the kart. This item is useful if the rivals are driving too fast.
