Sumo Bro's Spinning Tower is Rock-Candy Mines' second tower in New Super Luigi U.
Layout
The entire level is tilting back and forth diagonally (even the enemies, platforms and blocks) making it easy for Luigi to slide downwards and fall in the rising lava. The second area even goes upside-down.
