Swoopy Salvo: Difference between revisions

Swoopy Salvo takes place inside of two interconnected hollow trees. As suggested by the level's name, [[Swoopy|Swoopies]] are the main enemy and feature. Although Swoopies can be defeated by [[Dixie Kong|Dixie]] and [[Kiddy Kong|Kiddy]] via jumping on them, it is hard to do so and it is recommended to avoid them instead. An indefinite number of Swoopies fly in through a hole in a tree and out another one. For the first half, the [[Kong]]s transform into [[Squawks the Parrot|Squawks]], who must fly up the area and spit coconuts at the Swoopies and [[Buzz (enemy)|Buzz]]es that he encounters along the way. Just before the [[Star Barrel]] is the [[No Animal Sign]], and from there onward, the Kongs must go through the level themselves.

Dixie and Kiddy must continue in the level by jumping from branches and climbing up some ropes. There are some individual Swoopies that try to charge into the Kongs directly. If the Kongs dodge the Swoopy, it gets its beak stuck in the tree bark, and the Kongs can jump on it as a platform.
