Hi. I've been thinking and I think it's unnecessary to state what date we retrieved a reference. It doesn't really matter, right? All that matters is we have proof that something is so because we have a source to back it up. Retrieved dates just extend the number of bytes in an invalid way and it's not something a lot of people want to see. Do you think we should exclude retrieved references bytes? :The "date retrieved" is there in case there are edits to the source later, or in case the source is taken down.  Adding the date retrieved makes it easier to restore the sources via the Internet Archive, rather than having to fish through page histories to see which edit added the source. -{{User:YoshiFlutterJump/sig}} 11:00, September 9, 2019 (EDT)
