I think I did [[Talk:Dixie Kong's Photo Album#TPP: Merge all of the DKC3 enemy group pages into this page|this]] wrong. I ''intended'' to make a more narrow proposal specific to ''DKC3'', but my title phrasing was ambiguous. But now I actually ''do'' want to make a proposal more general to enemy group pages, but where should I do this? [[Talk:Enemies]]? That's the impression I get from "Proposals dealing with massive amounts of splits, merges or deletions across the Wiki should still be held on ''this page''.", but I assume by "this" page it means the talk page? Sorry to bother you further, I just don't want to mess up the proposal too badly.
