Daisy has been invited to the [[Flower Kingdom]] along with her friends by its ruler [[Prince Florian]], when the group is admiring a [[Wonder Flower]], [[Bowser]] takes possession of it merging with Prince Florian's Castle as a result. Daisy and her friends offer their help to stop Bowser and begin their journey accompanied by Prince Florian. During said journey Daisy has to travel through all the areas of the Flower Kingdom, free its castles from the control of [[Bowser Jr]], provide help to [[Poplin|Poplins]] who are in danger and retrieve [[Royal Seeds|Royal Seed]] to neutralize the effects of Cloud Piranhas allowing the access inside [[Castle Bowser]]. When the necessary Royal Seeds are found Daisy and her friends have access to Castle Bowser where the final battle begins. Once Bowser is defeated Daisy returns to [[Petal Isles]] along with her friends where they celebrate their victory.
