'''Wanderin' Gooms'''<ref>''Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3'' English instruction booklet, page 18</ref> are small oval-shaped creatures that appear in ''[[Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3]]''. They have no arms, are not aggressive, and have no ability to attack. Wanderin' Gooms are considered "apprentice pirates."<ref name=Daijiten/>

Although considered enemies in the game's manual, these creatures are extremely weak and are completely harmless. A Wanderin' Goom normally walks in a straight line, but upon coming into contact with any object, it flips onto its back. [[Wario]] can defeat these defenseless creatures any way he sees fit.

[[Pirate Goom]]s are weapon-wielding Wanderin' Gooms that cannot be [[Dash Attack|attack]]ed from the front. In ''[[Wario Land II]]'', they essentially replace Wanderin' Gooms.

A single Wanderin' Goom appears in ''[[Game & Watch Gallery 2]]'' as one of the objects Wario has to juggle in the Modern version of ''[[Ball]]''.

While not identified as Gooms, similar harmless enemies such as [[Marumen]] and red [[Bandinero]]s appear in several other ''[[Wario Land (series)|Wario Land]]'' games.
