But in order to make their oppose vote valid, they have to (either prove the nominator wrong or) improve the article so that the nominator's complaints aren't valid anymore. (For example: Article X is a FA, and user Y nominates it to lose its FA status because it doesn't cover game Z. User W will see this nomination, add information about game Z to article X and thus make Y's nomination invalid.)
