The player needs to go to [[Towering Sunshine Seaside]] with the [[Cat Mario|Cat Suit]] and go to where the [[Goomba Tower]] with the third [[Green Star]] and jump onto the building and climb to the top of it. At the top of it the building has no roof and the player can go into it, however they are unable to leave it.
