Bull "Track"?

Shouldn't it be Bull Truck? That'd make more sense. —Atlas (talk) 10:14, June 18, 2019 (EDT)

The Japanese name Buru Toraku (ブルトラック) translates more accurately to Bull Track. For Bull Truck, it would likely be Buru Toruku (ブルトルク). Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 12:09, June 18, 2019 (EDT)
Are you sure? That seems like it would transliterate more to Bull Torque. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 14:14, June 18, 2019 (EDT)
I am not sure, because I don't speak Japanese :P Bull Torque is still a better name, though heh Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 14:16, June 18, 2019 (EDT)
I am 90% sure the name is Bull Truck. I'm not fluent in Japanese by any means, but I understand it transliteratory linguistic structure fairly well. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 14:19, June 18, 2019 (EDT)
The article name should definitely be changed to "Bull Truck". The kart is called "Bull Truck" in this video (https://youtu.be/uEZrG6YhzPw), unless this is an unofficial fan translation patch that I'm not aware of. Regardless, Jim Breen's online Japanese Dictionary (http://nihongo.monash.edu/cgi-bin/wwwjdic?1C) shows that torakku (トラック) could be translated as either track (racing) or truck (vehicle). Using the same source, Doc von Schmeltwick would also be correct in stating toruku (トルク) is torque. This very wiki also shows torakku (トラック) being used to refer to trucks in Mario games (https://www.mariowiki.com/Tropical_Truck and https://www.mariowiki.com/Truck). I'd change the article name myself, but I just recently created this account and I'm not sure the proper etiquette or the possible cascading effects changing it would have.
