Super Sushi.
Super Sushi is a powerful item made by the scientist Dr. T. Garden of Sayonara, and was featured in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode, Mario Meets Koopzilla. It was able to vastly multiply the size and strength of whoever ate it, and Bowser stole the sushi to become the giant monster Koopzilla. Eventually, Mario also ate Super Sushi to become as big as Koopzilla so that he could defeat him. In the end, both were given an antidote and returned to normal.
