After the player has surpassed all nine preliminary rounds, they will advance to the finals. The finals consist of three challengers. In each round, the highest seed will always play the next available lowest seed(i.e. #1 vs. #8, #2 vs. #7, etc.). The player must start over the tournament if they lose in any of the three games. However, if the player wins all three finals matches, he/she moves onto the Championship Round.

The current Champion on the players first time in the tournament, will be [[Petey Piranha]]. The player must beat the Champion and his/her team on the [[Stormship Stadium]], in a game of three series. If the player wins two of these series, he/she will win the game, and the tournament, but if the Champion wins two series, he/she wins the tournament, and continues as the Champion. The player must start over from the beginning of the Striker Cup, if this happens. There is no other tournament after this cup.

Whichever side that wins 2 games first is the winner of the tournament, and becomes or remains champion.

The Striker Cup is the final tournament in the Wii game, Mario Strikers Charged. It is the most difficult tournament in the game.

The player enters this tournament after they beat the Crystal Cup's champion. In the preliminaries, the player must face nine different opponents, each one a different captain than the last. The player must get into the Top 8 out of 10 to move on, based on points gained or losed in each game: 3 for every win, 0 for every loss, 1 for ever sudden-death loss. Each challenger is randomized, so the player does not know who its next opponent will be.

The incumbent Champion on the player's first attemp will always be Petey Piranha. However, after the player beats Petey, the defending Champion will be randomized from the roster. The player must beat the Champion and their team on the Stormship Stadium, in a game of three series. Whichever side that wins 2 games first is the winner of the tournament, and becomes or remains champion.
