Spring Topman

The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors. If an official name is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.

A Spring Topman is a sub-species of Topman. It resembles a large green top. A Spring Topman can use a spin attack which does not damage Mario, but stuns him and knocks him backwards. However, the spin can knock Mario into other hazards that may hurt him. If Mario tries to stomp a Spring Topman it's head will pop up, stopping it in its tracks, a second stomp will send Mario skyward similar to a Trampoline. Mario often had to take advantage of this to reach high ledges and items.
