Green Toadies can be found floating around in a select few levels, and when encountered by a [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]], they will try to snatch away [[Baby Mario]]. The dark pink Solo Toadies are even more rare, and only appear after Baby Mario has been knocked off Yoshi, at which point the Solo Toady appears and attempts to hold the baby out of reach of the Yoshi. Neither type of Toady will fully kidnap Baby Mario, but they will try to separate him from Yoshi long enough for Kamek's group of Toadies to take him away.
