A Shroom Shake is an item found in Super Paper Mario. They replenish 10 HP and cure poison. They are also for sale in shops throughout the land. The are a key recipe in many foods. Given to Saffron, the Flipside chef, a Shroom Shake can become a Fried Shroom Plate. The only reason why it replaced the normal Mushroom as the basic recovery item is because Mushrooms were only found in some of the blocks, and recovered 10 HP upon contact.
Trivia
Shroom Shakes could be stolen from Mr. L during the first half of the first battle, by having Thoreau grab a Shroom Shake when Mr. L was about to use one. This could be done infinite times during that battle.
