A Scaratroopea

A Scaratroopea is a flying Elite Troopea found only in Joke's End during the events of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They have the ability to heal other team members; also, when attacking, a Scaratroopea moves much more quickly than a Paratroopea, causing more damage to Mario and/or Luigi. They can also revive party members by shooting water at the ground. They are the strongest members of the Troopea family species.
