The Rubee Savings and Loan is Merlee's Mansion converted into a bank by Mimi. Mimi employs Ackpows to supervise the Slaves Mimi captures. They must collect Rubees to pay of their time there. Mario must find Slim in the mansion so he can get one million Rubees to pay of his loan to Mimi. once this is done, Mimi is destroyed.
