Pogo Guys,[1] also referred to as Apes,[2] are enemies Wario faces in Wario Land II. Wario's standard smash attack used once stuns the enemy. A second one defeats it. They are found usually near thin platforms since if they hit Wario, he becomes a spring, hence their namesake. In Wario Land 3, Pogo Guys are replaced by Hammer-bots.
