It appears in the [[Bowser's Castle (Wii)|Bowser's Castle]] course in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]''. It appears in the center of the track, halfway through the course, partially submerged in lava. As racers drive towards it, it launches fireballs at the middle of the track that eventually explode. The racers then drive past Mecha Bowser on either side of it, as the track splits into two when it reaches Mecha Bowser.

| It is behaviorally similar to the [[Gray Bowser Statue]]s in ''[[Mario Kart 64]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]]'' and the [[Bowser Monument]] in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]''. In fact, it is physically identical to the ones in ''Mario Kart: Double Dash!!'', with the only difference being that it moves more fluidly.
