Mad Mecha-Spike Tops are enemies from Super Princess Peach. They differ from the plain Mecha-Spike Tops by possessing yellow spikes on their backs, which can extend to about three times their height. They also have red faces and steam. They are one of the few enemies in Super Princess Peach that can only be killed by using Rage.
